Abraham was not justified by works (Romans 4:1-8). He was not justified by religious rituals (Romans 4:9-12). He was not justified by the law (Romans 4:13-15). Neither are we. We cannot get right with God by works, rituals or law. We are justified by faith in Jesus Christ alone [cf. Romans 3:27-28; Romans 4:16-25)
